How often is the measurement refreshed?
Every plan measures automatically once a week. On top of that, Starter includes 3 extra on-demand measurements a month and Professional 5. On Enterprise, the cadence is set in the contract.
How are prompts counted?
Prompts are counted across the whole account, not per brand. Starter has 25 prompts for 1 brand. Professional has 100 prompts that its 3 brands share.
Which AI models are measured?
Starter measures ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Professional adds Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama and Mistral, for 8 in total. Enterprise adds Grok, for all 9. Every paid plan also checks Google AI Overviews with a brand search once a week.
Is AWS Marketplace the only billing option?
No. Card is the main way to pay: a regular subscription you start after signing up. You can also subscribe through AWS Marketplace, where the charge consolidates with your existing AWS bill. Enterprise is sold as an AWS Marketplace private offer.
What is the refund policy?
Starter: a 7-day refund, once per account, for Starter payments by an account that never had a trial. Professional: non-refundable. Enterprise: per contract.
