Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

NUDGEO (“we”, “us”) operates a SaaS that measures how Large Language Models cite brand content and helps customers improve those citations via Generative Engine Optimization. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

2. What we collect

  • Account data — email, password hash (managed by Supabase Auth), plan and billing status.
  • Workspace data — entities, query clusters, domains, campaign jobs, published artifacts, and citation observations you create.
  • Usage data — probe counts, campaign runs, and quota consumption used for billing and rate limiting.
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we only store the customer id, subscription id, and plan level.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the product (probing LLMs, generating content, tracking citations), meter billing, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not use your workspace data to train our own models.

4. Third-party processors

  • Supabase — database, auth, and storage hosting.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, OpenRouter — LLM providers that receive the queries you configure for probing and content generation. Your entity metadata and queries are sent to these providers.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

  • Access & portability — request a JSON export of your workspace by contacting us.
  • Deletion — you can delete your account from the account settings page. Deletion purges entities, query clusters, citation observations, published artifacts, and the tenants row; it cancels your Stripe subscription and removes your Supabase Auth user.
  • Rectification — update email and password from account settings.
  • Opt-out of marketing — we only send transactional emails (login, billing). There is no marketing list.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and UI preferences (language, theme). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Data retention

Active workspace data is retained for as long as your account exists. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days. Supabase automatic backups may retain a copy for up to 14 days after deletion; contact us if you need an earlier purge.
