Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NUDGEO you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

NUDGEO is a SaaS that probes Large Language Models for brand citations, generates optimization content, and publishes to domains you configure. Features and limits depend on your plan.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password confidential and report compromise immediately.
  • Only publish to domains you own or have explicit permission to publish on.
  • Comply with the terms of service of each LLM provider whose API you indirectly consume through NUDGEO (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, OpenRouter).
  • Do not use the product to generate spam, misinformation, or content that violates applicable law.

4. Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your quota resets on the first of each calendar month (UTC).
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; we do not refund partial months unless required by law.
  • Failed payments after retries may result in service suspension. You can restore service by updating payment details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the service; attempt to probe or disrupt infrastructure; use automated scrapers against the public API beyond your rate limit; resell access without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the entities, queries, and domains you register. You grant us a limited license to process that data in order to operate the service. Content generated by the AI pipeline is provided to you under the same terms as the underlying LLM provider — review their usage rules before commercial publishing.

7. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT LLM CITATION RATES WILL INCREASE OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL OUTPUTS BEFORE PUBLICATION.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of NUDGEO is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings; termination purges workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
